Drugstore in Another World Anime releases Teaser video with cast, Airing July 7
On Wednesday, the official Twitter account for Kennoji and Matsuuni's light novel series Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist (Cheat Kusushi no Slow Life - Isekai ni Tsukur Drugstore) began broadcasting a teaser video for the anime. The animation will air on Tokyo MX and BS11 on July 7th, according to the video.

At EMT Squared, Masafumi Sato (Denki-Gai) is directing the anime. Hiroko Kanasugi (Hakushon Daima 2020, Diabolik Lovers More, Blood) is writing and supervising the series' scripts, while Etsuko Sumimoto (Yuri Kuma Arashi, Tsuredure Children) is animating Matsuuni's character designs. At Lantis, the music is composed by Tomoki Kikuya (Eromanga Sensei, Hidamari Sketch, Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs), and the sound is directed by Ryousuke Naya (Eromanga Sensei, Hidamari Sketch, Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs).The art director is Kenichi Tajiri, the colour designer is Michiaki Nakano, and the director of photography is Jiro Tazawa. The opening theme song, "Kokoro Hayaru," will be performed by Akane Kumada. The ending theme song "Mainichi Kashimashi Pharmacy" will be performed by Risae Matsuda, Akane Kumada, and Jun Fukushima (Everyday Noisy Pharmacy).
Both the novels and the manga adaptation of the novels will be released in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. The plot of the novel series is described by the company as follows:
Corporate drone Reiji is transported to a fantasy world, where he discovers that he has the ability to craft potions at a higher level than his rank would suggest. Reiji makes a tidy profit as a result of this, enough to open his own drugstore.What kind of elf can't aim his bow? Don't forget to give him some eye drops! A dragon who breathes fire by accident? Kennoji first published the storey on the Shsetsuka ni Nar website in 2016, and the novels are published by Hifumi Shob's Brave Book imprint, with illustrations by Matsuuni. On the Web Comic Gamma Plus service, Eri Haruno is serialising a manga adaptation. On May 11, Yen Press released the first volume of the novel, and on March 30, Yen Press released the first volume of the manga.
