Kimetsu No Yaiba Season 2 Released Date Announced

The anime " Theatrical Version" Kimetsu no Yaiba "Infinite Train Edition" based on Koyoharu Gotouge will be broadcast on the Fuji TV series from October 10 as a 7-episode TV anime with new episodes added.

The first episode of the TV anime "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Infinite Train Edition" broadcasts a completely new episode that depicts the mission of Anjuro Purgatory on the way to the infinite train from the demon slaughter corps headquarters. From episodes 2 to 7, the mission on the infinite train will be delivered with about 70 cuts of new video, new BGM, and new trailer.

Furthermore, the broadcast start date of the TV anime "Kimetsu no Yaiba" Yukaku Hen has been decided on December 5th and first episode will be a 1 hour. LiSA is in charge of the theme song of "Infinite Train Edition" . Yuki Kajiura wrote, composed, and arranged the opening theme "Akeboshi" and the ending theme "Shirogane" . "Akeboshi / Shirogane" will be released on November 17th as a double-sided A-side single. Prior to the release, the advance distribution of "Akeboshi" will start on October 18th.

In addition, Aimer is in charge of the theme song of "Yukaku Hen" . The opening theme is "Zankyo Sanka", which is full of speed, and the ending theme is "Asa ga Kuru", which is provided and produced by Kajiura. Has also been decided to be released on January 12, 2022.
