RWBY Ice Queendom Anime Project Announced, Anime Release in 2022

The new TV animation "RWBY Ice Queendom" will start broadcasting in 2022 as a project "Team RWBY Project" of the 3DCG animation "RWBY" from the United States. Gen Urobuchi (Nitroplus), Tow Ubukata , huke, Toshimasa Suzuki , and Shaft will participate as the main staff of the film .
Produced by Rooster Teeth Productions and currently being developed until the 8th season, "RWBY" is set in the world Remnant where science and magic coexist, and is a monster Grimm that threatens humanity and a hunter who subdues Grimm. A story about girls who are trying hard to train. In "RWBY Ice and Snow Empire", Kakubuchi is the animation draft, Okata is the series composition / screenplay, huke is the animation character draft, Suzuki is the director, and the shaft is in charge of animation production. Along with the announcement of the TV animation, a key visual drawn by Nobuhiro Sugiyama, who is the character design and animation director of "RWBY Ice and Snow Empire", was released, and the main characters Ruby, Weiss, Break, and Yang appeared.

Furthermore, the opening theme song will be "Beyond Selves" by Void_Chords feat. L, and the ending theme song will be "Awake", which plays the main character Ruby. In addition, it was reported that it will be comicalized in the monthly comic Dengeki Daioh (KADOKAWA).

    It's Blake Bella Donna, I hope that's a type o because I know for a fact people are going to be mildly upset/annoyed I all character's called her BREAK instead of Blake.😑😮‍💨

    Japanese dont have an "L" sound so they opt for the next closest thing which is the japanese "R". Blake->Brake. In this case Break.

    sooo many typos. did they just run this through a first gen Google translate script?
    cool that rwby is getting a film, cool that it is going through a studio in the east, but we've been waiting for literally any word on when vol. 9 is coming for over a year. just going to have to keep waiting i guess. at least something production wise is happening.
    wish both the studios the best. hope i can watch this when it eventually airs.
