Legend of Mana - The Teardrop Crystal RPG Game Adapted Into Anime



It was announced that the TV anime "Seiken Densetsu: Legend of Mana -The Teardrop Crystal-" will be broadcast and distributed in 2022. The key visual, teaser PV, and cast information were also announced.

The game is based on "Seiken Densetsu: Legend of Mana," the fourth title in the action RPG "Seiken Densetsu" series. One day, Shilo, a boy living near the town of Domina, meets Ruri and Princess Pearl, a race of "pearl charmers" who have killed many people in the past because of the jewel buried in their chest. At the same time, mysterious jewel thieves are attacking the Pearl Charmers one after another in various parts of the world. ...... The key visual depicts Shilo, Ruri and Princess Pearl, as well as Princess Hotaru and Sandra.

The cast members revealed this time are Shilo, Ruri, and Princess Pearl, who will be played by Nobunaga Shimazaki, Yuichiro Umehara, and Kaori Nazuka. Nobunaga Shimazaki will play Shilo, Yuichiro Umehara will play Ruri, and Kaori Nazuka will play Princess Pearl. Comments from Shimazaki and others can be found below. To commemorate the TV anime adaptation, a campaign is being held on the anime's official Twitter page until May 9 for a chance to win one of three color paper autographed by Shimazaki.




The main staff information has also been revealed: Masato Jimbo, director of the TV anime "The Rise of the Shield Brave" Season 2, is in charge of the series composition, HACCAN, who has worked on the "Seiken Densetsu" game series, is in charge of character design, and Tarou Ikegami will be in charge of character design. Music is by Yoko Shimomura, as in the original game. Animation production will be handled by Graphinica and Yokohama Animation Lab.
