Suzume no Tojimari Will be Release on 11th November and First Teaser Released

A special trailer for the theatrical animation "Suzume no Tojimari," written, directed, and scripted by Makoto Shinkai, has been released.

Suzume no Tojimari is a road movie about a 17-year-old girl, Suzume, who closes "doors" that lead to disaster, and her liberation and growth in life, set in abandoned buildings around Japan. The special report begins with Suzume riding her bicycle down a slope, and then cuts to scenes of her walking toward the ruins and closing various locks. It also shows Suzume running with a small chair in her arms.

Suzume no Tojimari will be released in theaters on November 11. Character design is by Masaga Tanaka, animation director is Kenichi Tsuchiya, art director is Takumi Tanji, production is produced by Story inc. and production is handled by Comics Wave Film.
