A new company, JOEN, was established today, May 30, through joint investment by CloverWorks, WIT STUDIO, Aniplex, and Shueisha.

The company's main business is planning, producing, and creating animation works. 2 production studios, CloverWorks and WIT STUDIO, collaborate with each other to plan and produce works while taking advantage of the strengths of each studio. The company also collaborates with various studios, producers, and creators to build a "production first" system. The two studios will provide support in terms of environment, budget, etc., and aim to match production lines and creators that match the nature of the project.
