"MASHLE" is a fantasy story set in a world where magic is taken for granted. Mash Burnedead, a boy who cannot use magic but has a well-trained body, enrolls in a magic school and aspires to become a "divine sentient," the top student. It started serializing in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in 2020, and the worldwide circulation has exceeded 3 million. The teaser visual depicts a mash with a fist pushed up, accompanied by a catch phrase, "You have to break it, he's a goopan." In the special newsletter, the teaser visual and the original frame are used, and the animation is announced.
