'Slow Loop' Anime Series Announces Main Staff, January 2022 Premiere
On Friday, the official website for Maiko Uchino's Slow Loop television anime adaptation revealed the main cast and a teaser visual (pictured). In January 2022, the anime series will premiere.

Background: In April 2018, Uchino published the slice-of-life manga as a guest series in Manga Time Kirara Forward before serialising it on a regular basis in September of the same year. On January 12, Houbunsha released the fourth volume.
Synopsis (Manga) : Hiyori, a young girl whose deceased father taught her the joys of fishing, never expected to meet another girl when she went out to sea for some alone time. After a while, she and this girl, Koharu, end up fishing and cooking together, and they get to know each other a little better in the process. During their brief encounter, Koharu discovers that Hiyori went out to sea that day because she was nervous about meeting her new stepfamily that evening.What a coincidence, though! Tonight, Koharu will meet her new family! "It can't be a coincidence..." Follow these two "sisters" as they embark on their new life together!
