Princess Connect! Re:Dive Season 2 Anime's First PV Unveils Cast and January 2022 Airing
Takaomi Kanasaki (KONOSUBA, Is This a Zombie?) returns as chief director and series script supervisor, but the first season's episode director Yasuo Iwamoto is now the director of the new season at Cygames Pictures (Mysteria Friends, Blade Runner: Black Out 2022).
Mai Watanabe collaborates on character design with Satomi Kurita (Hina Logic - from Luck & Logic, Real Girl), Lie Jun Yang (animation director for A Certain Magical Index III), and Yasuyuki Noda (Step Up Love Story, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes: Arsene Karei Naru Yokub). The music is being composed by Imajin.

In 2016, Cygames announced the game as a follow-up to CyberAgent and Cygames' Princess Connect! smartphone game. The game was then released in February 2018.
The protagonist of the "anime RPG" wakes up in an unfamiliar location with no memories. The protagonist then meets girls and gets closer to solving a mystery.
Cygames' free manga service Cycomics inspired a manga adaptation of the game. The manga is illustrated by wEshica/Shogo, and the storey is written by Asahiro Kakashi.
