Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru Anime New Trailer Reveals Opening Song, Anime will Premier on July 7

The broadcast start date of the TV anime "Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru" based on the original work by Soichiro Yamamoto has been decided on July 7. At the same time, the key visual and the second PV were released.

"Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru" is a romantic comedy about the interaction between the self-proclaimed shogi manager, Urushi Yaotome, a second-year high school student, and Ayumu Tanaka, a first-year high school student who is a beginner in shogi. The key visual is accompanied by a catch phrase, "This feeling, one move at a time," and depicts Ayumu and Urushi. Also, PV is a cutout of the appearance scenes of all the main characters. On the opening theme "Bargaining is Poker Face" sung by Kana Hanazawa , the battle of love that Ayumu and Urushi unfold outside the shogi board was also shown.

Furthermore, to commemorate the release of the PV, the official anime Twitter (@soreayu_staff) is conducting a follow-up and retweet campaign from May 24th to June 24th at 23:59 today. Shikishi with autographs by Kanna Nakamura, who plays the role of Urushi, will be presented to five people by lottery.
